The staff team was great and attentive. We booked a guest room and appreciated the available wake-up service. The location was magnificent, just a short 5-minute walk to downtown. The food in the restaurant was fabulous.

We both truly enjoyed our stay at Swiss Lodge Joopi. The atmosphere is peaceful and ideal for relaxation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, making it perfect for exploring the Karst Gallery. Breakfast was delightful and offered a wonderful selection. we had a very comfortable experience.

Swiss Lodge Joopi is a simple and authentic property that truly stands out. The staff is nice, and I was impressed by the exceptional room with beautiful garden views. The price of £127 felt just right for the experience. The location is fantastic; it's conveniently close to hiking trails leading into the Alps, the train station, and the Wallis, making it a perfect base for exploration.

Located in the middle of the snow, this cozy hotel offers a fantastic view of the Alps. the staff was outstanding and made our romantic escape unforgettable. the breakfast was excellent and varied, which was perfect to start our day. the hotel's location is ideal for skiing and hiking enthusiasts, allowing us to easily reach the nearby ski routes.

The WiFi signal in our room on the second floor was a bit poor. It could have been improved with a booster or repeater.

Fabulous staff, cosy atmosphere, good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly owners, amazing restaurant.

Nestled amidst the snow, capped Alps, this hotel is conveniently located near the train station and provides breathtaking views of the mountains. the room and bathroom were immaculate with a comfortable bed, while the service was top, notch. the breakfast was delicious with an array of options, and the on, site restaurant boasts delicious traditional cuisine. the hotel is in proximity to several skiing routes, making it an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts.

Though the hotel had flies around during meals, it is understandable given the location amidst fields and animals.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was helpful despite the language barrier, and the rooms were spacious and clean with nice balconies. The location was also convenient, being close to both the railway station and some beautiful hiking routes. the breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food.

We spent Christmas in a hotel in the mountains and it was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had beautiful views from the balcony. The location was perfect for skiing and hiking, as well as visiting nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. , the restaurant was closed for the holidays and there were no other dining options nearby, so we had to go out of our way to find food.
